The students are willing to locate anywhere within the country or overseas and they have all the qualities to prove themselves in the industries.

In the present scenario, the emphasis is on improving Institute-Industry Interaction. Both the Industry and Institute find it mutually beneficial by organizing the Campus Recruitment Program in the institute itself.

T&P cell is committed to providing maximum job opportunities to interested and needy students of K K Wagh IEER. We regularly conduct HR summit and HR connect programs to make our students aware about skill expectations from industry and for developing a mechanism for bridging the skill gap. We groom the students meticulously from FE to BE for their campus selection process by conducting training for soft skills. We also make the students aware about different opportunities available in the areas like defence services, entrepreneurship development, opportunities in higher education, patent agents etc.

Institute has a fully dedicated infrastructure for conducting the Training and Placement activities. This dedicated infrastructure is spread over 5078 Sq.Ft area and is being named as “Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Career Development Centre” This centre has two computer labs with 70 computers for conducting the campus placement activities. This centre also has separate Group Discussion and Interview rooms. Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Career Development Centre is equipped with a Video Conferencing facility and is fully connected with Wi-Fi.

It is our pleasure to share with you that as many as 150+ reputed companies like: NVIDIA, TCS, Crompton Greaves, Wipro Technologies, Persistent Systems, L&T InfoTech, IBM, KPIT Technologies, Atlas Copco, JSW Steel, Fluor Daniel India Pvt. Ltd, Bridge Stone, etc. visit our campus regularly for selecting our students. We invite more and more companies to join our placement process and select meritorious engineers for strengthening their workforce
