A online session on “The Internship and Placement Talk 101” was organized by CSI student branch of KKWIEER on November 24, 2022, in KKWIEER as a part of the CSI Students Chapter through online Gmeet. Mr. Abhishek, a KKWIER alumnus currently employed with NVIDIA, gave the talk. The session’s goal was to inform the students of the actual interviewing procedure. The primary goal was to mentor students in the areas of communication and presentation skills, internship guidance, and coding skills. The session clarified the fundamentals of interview and coding rounds and showed students how to develop in a more successful way. For SE and TE, the session was intended. Giving the participants a rundown of the how, what, when, and why of interview rounds. He taught pupils about aptitude tests, how to begin preparing for them, and even how to handle HR interviews and rounds. What should be listed on a resume and how? Also,the best techniques to develop communication abilities. The session was interactive. Many students asked their doubts regarding internships. Around 100 participants were present for the session. The session was coordinated by Sakshi Pawar, Mansi Mahajan, and Anushka Unhale and CSI student committee members.
