Working as Assistant Professor at Mechanical Engineering Department of K K Wagh Institute of Engineering Education & Research, Nashik, since August 2009. Completed Engineering Educator Certification of Indo Universal Collaboration for Engineering Education - IUCEE. Passionate about exploring and implementing new teaching methods that make learning possible. Established deep relationships with more than one hundred companies in Nashik.
