Brief Profile
Dr. Darshan V. Medhane is currently working as a Professor with the Department of Information Technology Engineering, K. K. Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research, Nashik. Prior to that, he was a Post Doctoral Fellow at National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan (R.O.C.). He had worked as a Ph.D. research scholar at the School of Computer Science and Engineering of Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India, for more than five years. Dr. Medhane was awarded a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) (formerly, Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) Taiwan). With over fourteen years of experience in both teaching and research, he is a highly skilled education professional with a proven track record of achievement in higher education and research. He has authored over thirty research articles in peer-reviewed top-tier international journals and conferences. He served as a session chair and has given invited talks at several reputed conferences and workshops and served as a reviewer/TPC member in a couple of highly reputed international journals/conferences. He is a senior member of IEEE and a member of IET.
