After completing BE (Chemical) in 2007 from the Chemical Engineering Department, K K Wagh Institute of Engineering Education & Research, Nashik, I joined Konark Engineering, Nashik, a small-scale industry. I worked there for some period of time and learned many important skills to become an entrepreneur. After that I shifted to Pune and worked in different design firms like S S Technologies, Alfa Laval, etc. I coordinated many projects in India and abroad worth of Rs. 70+ crore. I have designed many types of equipment such as evaporators and dryers required in paper pulp, food, and dairy industries in different countries such as Malaysia, Argentina, etc. While doing a job, I helped many of my friends free of cost in their projects. And here I got confident for starting his own firm. I started SVAAR Process Solution in 2015 in my own house with just two workers.
Now there are 20+ permanent employees and 20+ contractual employees working in SVAAR. We have now successfully installed and commissioned several evaporation plants across India and target to reach globally soon. SVAAR has excellently revamped and enhanced existing evaporation and drying plants of reputed companies so as to attain increased performance level and desired industrial standards. Our unique expertise is in working with exotic metals like titanium etc. and consistent efforts to exceed established quality standards in industry. SVAAR use internal quality assurance/control system adhering to ASME or equivalent standard to reinforce emphasis on quality and only after stringent quality inspection/tests equipment’s are dispatched to customer site. SVAAR’s vision is to become global champion in its sector by serving customers up to their satisfaction within time and budget.
K.K.W.I.E.E & R has played a pivotal role in whatever I have achieved till date, and I continue to engage with K.K.Wagh on several aspects, hence it continues to be part of my journey. K.K.Wagh has always intrigued me in a number of ways - I consider my days of engineering in K.K.Wagh as the building blocks to my academic and personal accomplishments. With an energetic and forward-thinking management, outstanding faculty and diverse student population, it is one of those enriching eco-systems which I feel is hard to find these days.
