I'm also the Co-founder of Changemakers Today which is digital hub of social service organizations & social activists. It is completely self-sustainable, digital & zero-cost initiative. It is based on concept of connecting the dots for maximizing the social impact in society. So far around 200+ NGO's, trusts, companies, social enterprises, colleges, etc. are connected to it.
Fortunately, on the first anniversary of Changemakers I was appointed as Global Youth Ambassador at A World at School on 16 th Aug ‘17. Each & every organization associated with Changemakers is working persistently on some specific cause for the betterment of society. It is a forum where one could host the social events/ activities in collaboration with other teams & also share about their wonderful work/ initiatives across others to get quick visibility. This is the web of like-minded people/ social activists for clean, green & better Pune. Recently I had launched Transform Pune initiative to bridge the gap between NGO's & citizens and it is a platform where the citizens from all walks of life will get to know about all the social initiatives in Pune. I request all the youth to come ahead for the social welfare & betterment of our society since individually we are one drop but together, we are an ocean.
As per Mahatma Gandhi, the best way to find you is to lose yourself in the service of others is one of the principles, I follow in my life. Last but not the least, some of my strengths & skill sets includes managing corporate projects effectively, accepting responsibilities, ability to handle multiple tasks, lateral thinking to create best possible feasible solution, positive ‘can do’ attitude towards work, achieving targets under high pressure environments, implementing best practices, planning & executing events, advantageous work productivity, self-confidence, passion, enthusiasm, proactiveness, good communication skills, quick learner, etc. I’m also true believer of Karma which says, you get what you give, whether it’s good or bad. For me life begins at the end of my comfort zone & believing in myself is the first secret to all my achievements.
Journey from K K Wagh to Current Organization It has been truly amazing journey from my college days to where I'm standing currently. It started when I was placed in TCS during my final year. Earlier I was skeptical about joining IT industry being a mechanical engineer but then I got wonderful opportunity to work across various mechanical & design related projects. I got many learning opportunities in TCS which set my career on right path. When I came to Pune in 2014, I parallelly started volunteering for different social activities. Then later in 2016, I established Changemakers Today platform to address different social issues in our society through mutual collaboration.

Being MESA President & TPO coordinator during my final year, I further got better exposure & opportunity to unleash my potential.
