The admission to the prestigious institute in the field of engineering, which was especially located at my home town (Nasik) was important milestone stone in my life. The concept-based learning was imparted in the field of production engineering by institute and build strong foundation for professional carrier. The appearance in the GATE-2001 exam and coring 96 percentiles with AIR-100 give me the real boost and confidence for preparation of competitive exams in last year of engineering. After completion of my engineering, the new journey was started where I lost my family support due to sudden demise of my mother. The production engineering dept. hold my hands during the critical phase of my life and provides mean opportunity to work as part of teaching faculty. This gives me chance to understand the kind of effort required for teaching. My Guru’s helps me to learn the teaching skill and further enhancement of my subject knowledge by sharing their ideas and experience. The knowledge acquired by me were used in systematic and organized manner for preparation of competitive exams without joining any coaching class explicitly available for such exams.

Then I started working in reputed pharma company for four years and then I switched to my entrepreneurship journey which I am enjoying a lot till date. In my overall career, K K Wagh Institute and specially chemical engineering departments, head, professors and all staffs have played vital role in nurturing me, always think and work in innovative ways.

I feel very grateful to be a part of K K Wagh, and specially Information Technology department, the strict discipline for attendance and assignments, the thoroughness in teaching and guidance for lab assignments, everything has been so worth in my career, even today when am applying all the concepts learnt in college, I remember the faces of my teachers and this makes me feel very lucky for being taught so deatiled way. When I joined office, mentioning in my introduction that I am from K K Wagh this made me stand out in the team, and it was a first layer of impression that helped me to make my space at office. While working at office have really felt the difference and only because my teachers have taught me so well, I will be always grateful for this place, for my teachers, they have sat beside me during my college to help me with concepts, be it Bora Mam teaching me debugging skills, or even Pachpande mam's efforts for extra lectures, the logical skills developed were so deep that no matter what technology/framework had to pick and learn in my career, relating to basics taught in college had made me things way simpler. Even with communication skills, when my teachers had already sharpened my concepts and still I was failing to crack interviews just because of nervousness, Bhamre mam herself took mock interview and build the confidence in me which actually helped me to crack my interview. So this is what K K Wagh stands in my life and I am sure to all the students this will be relatable.

Overall the institute is doing really well in grooming the students. However, I believe that there is a need for the students to be nurtured in a way that they are ready to go live in their job roles in less amount of time after joining companies. Basically, bridging the gap between that the student has to offer as a skillset and what the companies demand. Interaction between companies and institute can help understand what skillsets are needed to let the student become productive in less amount of time after joining.
